What is the buyout fee?
The website buyout fee is $3,000. This covers the underlying build, structure, and transfer of the website if you choose to cancel and take it elsewhere.
Why is there a buyout fee?
Because we absorb the upfront build effort and provide the website through a monthly managed service model. Your monthly fee covers the ongoing work we do each month — maintenance, updates, support, performance checks, and improvements. The buyout fee applies only if you want to take the website with you after canceling.
What does the monthly fee cover?
The monthly fee covers active website management, hosting, maintenance, technical checks, small content updates, conversion refinements, and ongoing improvement work. It is not just a hosting fee.
Is this just website hosting?
